The Ninja Cross provides multiple pull-up styles and exercises in one convenient pull-up cross. The 3" and 4" spheres help develop grip, hand, and forearm strength to users of multiple sizes. The angled bars attached to the spheres gives users the option of a traditional pull up while the rock climbing grips provide a more comfortable alternative to metal pull up bars that can cause hand injury. Perfect for Rock Climbing gyms to help users train rock climbing strength.

- Proprietary storm grey wrinkle textured paint is powder coated to 5 mil thickness (vs industry standard of 2 mil) creating a superior grip and long-lasting durability.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 days. (Monday – Friday) using UPS or FedEx. For Large items we used LTL.

The highest rate is applied once to order.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order changes:
Once your order has been confirmed, it must be changed or cancelled prior to shipment. Otherwise, we must do a return process and the funds will not be refunded until the products have been received back.
Item not received:
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to track your shipment. If the problem persists, contact us and we will work to resolve the matter.
